Beef/Chicken Liver

Soak in milk to reduce strong flavour. Pan-fry (with chilies), pâté-style spread, or finely mixed into mince dishes. Naturally high in Vitamin B12, iron, and protein.

Beef Heart

Tender when cooked low and slow, use in stews and casserole dishes. Packed with Vitamin B2, B6, and B12. It is also rich in folate, iron, and zinc.

Beef Kidneys
