All our stakes are dry aged for up to 35 days to enhance flavor.
To prepare your T-bones we recommend searing them for a short time on medium-high heat until they acquire a golden-brown crust and soft, red center (in the world of Wagyu, any more than medium-rare is overdone!). A touch of salt or pepper won’t go amiss, but don’t go too crazy – let that magical Wagyu flavor speak for itself!
