500g approx. Forest reared chemical free pork mince. Our animals roam around our forested pastures winter and summer producing naturally lean, juicy & tender delicious cuts of meat. We only use 100% prime pork cuts in our pork mince.
All animals are processed in an independently owned certified local abattoir. We insist in supporting local business where possible.
Burgers are best pan fried or grilled.
