All our chicken is supplied oven ready from one of our partner pasture rich farms Feighcullen Farm.
Each chicken 1.9kg approx.
They raise all their chicken on nutrient rich multi species grasses. They are fed on a natural, cereal-based diet including home grown wheat and oats. All cereal-based rations are GM free.
No antibiotics or growth promoters are used on our birds.
All of our poultry is allowed to mature slowly outside to ensure happy nutrient rich birds full of flavor just as nature intended. They are aloud to roam freely through fields each day & are housed in spacious barns on straw bedding with natural light and ventilation each night for safety.
**Product is supplied frozen** Shelf life refrigerated 3 days once thawed.
