Stock has roamed around our forested pastures winter and summer producing naturally lean, juicy & tender delicious pork.
Free of artificial chemicals and antibiotics the meat is full of natural antioxidants and vitamins resulting from browsing the wild herbs and shrubs the natural forest provides.
All animals are processed in an independently owned certified local abattoir. We insist in supporting local business where possible.
