Essential fatty acids such as these are believed to lower risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s and other conditions.
All our wagyu is dry aged for up to 35 days to enhance flavor.
Little embellishment is needed for this gorgeous standing organic Wagyu rib roast โ just salt, pepper, and a very hot oven. Starting the roast at a high temperature will create a beautiful crust which will add tremendous flavor and seal in the juices. Cooked to medium-rare, this prime rib is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
