100% high welfare pork sweet cured with our on farm produced honey, No added brine and dry cured traditionally. Delicious and nutritious, the best of both. each pack has a min of 8 rashers 450g approx. Great in a sandwich or combine with our sausages & eggs to start the day right.

All animals are processed in an independently owned certified local abattoir. We insist in supporting local business where possible.

Pigs are a small herd, forest reared in a agroforestry system delivering excellent welfare.

Our animals are free of artificial chemicals and antibiotics the meat is full of natural antioxidants and vitamins resulting from browsing the wild herbs and shrubs the natural forest provides.
