Our Aim to Become Fully Self Sufficient

Every year we improve our farms ability to be fully self sufficient by building natural lakes which help keep our animals hydrated all year long. Our aim is to be completely off the grid by using the animals to work instead of having heavy machinery on our land, using solar panels for any electricity needed on our farm.

We are also very excited about installing wifi in our hen house to be able to erect wild life cameras all over our farm. Soon you can click on to our website and see a live view of all areas of our farm, for children to be able to watch animals being there fun happy selves as they pasture our forest lands.

We have also been contacted by the Irish Wildlife Trust to erect owl nest boxes with cameras so we can watch them in their natural habitat. We aim to have many bird boxes and cameras all around our farm to not only watch but to educate ourselves and children of wildlife.
